on their Mercedes Benz Cup Win

LOS ANGELES, CA — West L.A. Music would like to congratulate customers Bob and Mike Bryan on their most recent tournament win at the Mercedes Benz Cup held at UCLA July 12-18, 2004. The twin brothers from Camarillo, California are the number one ranked tennis doubles players in the world. The Mercedes-Benz cup marks their 5th title of the year in 7 finals. The Bryan Brothers will also be participating in the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece this August.

Besides being passionate about tennis Mike and Bob are also musicians and members of The Bryan Bros. Band. Mike plays drums, Bob plays keyboard and their father Wayne plays guitar. The band occasionally features fellow tennis players Jan-Michael Gambill and Andy Roddick. The Bryan Bros. Band will soon be releasing their first CD called "Take Two".

The brothers turned pro in 1998 after leading their Stanford University team to the NCAA titles in 1997 and 1998 and winning the 1998 NCAA doubles title. The Bryans went on to set the record for the most doubles titles by a brothers team and were the first brothers duo to finish No. 1 in the ATP (Association of Tennis Professionals) team race. Their first grand slam tournament win came in 2003 at the French Open.
