LOS ANGELES, CA — West L.A. Music donated five autographed Fender guitars to Los Angeles radio station KZLA. The guitars were signed at KZLA's Country Bash, held at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Irvine, California on October 11, 2003. West L.A. Music's General Manager Rick Waite and President Don Griffin had the guitars signed by country music stars Jo Dee Messina, Reba McEntire, LeAnn Rimes, Kid Rock, Joe Nichols, Jennifer Hanson, Dierks Bentley, Rick Trevino and Jimmy Wayne, members of Lonestar, Trick Pony and The Derailers and actors John Schneider and Peter Reckell.

One guitar was auctioned off at the Country Bash. The winner bid $9400 and along with the guitar won tickets in Peter's Pit, Meet and Greet passes for all the artists performing and CDs from each of the artists. Four guitars will be auctioned off during KZLA's Christmas show and all proceeds will go to Tilden's Children. Named after radio DJ Peter Tilden, this charity helps homeless and low-income kids prepare for a positive future. Tilden's Children is affiliated with L.A.
