LOS ANGELES, CA — West L.A. Music donated an autographed Fender guitar to Tilden's Children, a charity affiliated with L.A. Family Housing. The guitar was auctioned off at the Fifth Annual L.A. Family Housing Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, and raised thousands of dollars for the charitable organization. Tilden's Children helps homeless and low-income families prepare for a positive future. Together with L.A. Family Housing, the goal is to prevent second generation homelessness.

West L.A. Music President Don Griffin and KZLA DJ Peter Tilden, arranged to have the guitar autographed by country artists Gretchen Wilson, Julie Roberts, Jessi Alexander and Mindy Smith, as well as Brodie Jenkins, Kacie Jenkins and Nancy Jenkins of The Jenkins.

Gretchen Wilson recently won two prestigious music awards. At the recent Country Music Association (CMA) Awards in Nashville she took home the coveted Horizon Award. She also won the Favorite New Artist Award at the American Music Awards in Los Angeles.
