LOS ANGELES, CA — West L.A. Music received the "Most Monstrous Pro/MI Retailer" award from Monster Cable for the 2004 sales year. In addition, the "Most Monsterous Pro/MI Salesperson of the Year" award for 2004 was presented to West L.A. Music's top Monster Salesman, Noel Gould.

The awards were presented by Monster National Sales Manager Mark Posgay and Head Monster and company founder Noel Lee. The awards ceremony took place during the Winter NAMM Show in Anaheim. West L.A. Music's General Manager Rick Waite, and Noel Gould accepted the awards on behalf of West L.A. Music.

In 2004 West L.A. Music increased its Monster power sales 200% over its 2003 power sales and grossed over $500,000.00 in all Monster Products to earn the award. The increase in sales was attributed to regular staff sales training, overall Monster awareness, and being the first Pro/MI dealer to sell Monster Power.

"Monster invests tremendous resources in training their dealers, and we've been a key Monster Cable dealer for years" said Gould, who is responsible for driving Monster sales at West L.A. Music. "Winning the Most Monsterous Salesperson award was a special treat for doing what I do automatically which is presenting Monster Cable with every sale every time."

"In considering all of the dealers that are part of the Monster family, West LA Music's nomination and recognition for Most Monsterous Pro MI Independent Specialist Retailer of the Year was based on the great support provided by West L.A. Music for the Monster product line" stated Monster Sales Manager Mark Posgay. "Based upon all of the hard word that Noel Gould put forth as the Monster Specialist for West LA Music, there was no other salesperson that came close to his accomplishments in 2004."
